PellSmart is a device characterized by appearance, aesthetics and functionality.

It is designed for efficient combustion of biomass in the form of pellets. The applied solution, which is a plate, compact construction of the boiler exchanger, equipped with flue gas swirlers (turbulator), an exhaust fan that supports the removal of flue gases – all this allows for ecological and almost smokeless combustion and very high thermal efficiency.

The boiler is finished with a housing made of sheet metal painted on both sides, which affects the aesthetics of the workmanship and modern design. The device is equipped with a modern drop-in pellet burner with a comb grate, which allows for the combustion of lower quality pellets.

Automatic cleaning of the grate is carried out using an actuator and a special design prevents the grate from blocking.

The boiler has two igniters in the set, which, thanks to full automation, light the boiler and a photocell controlling the flame. The boiler is equipped with a controller that controls the operation of six pumps and 3 mixing valves.

A large, colour display facilitates simple and clear operation of the boiler and installation. A single filling of the tank with pellets allows for several days of maintenance-free operation of the central heating boiler.

Boiler disposal after the period of use

After the period of use, the boiler should be taken to the appropriate collection points for secondary raw materials due to the variety of materials it is made of. When dismantling the boiler, all precautions and safety measures should be observed.
