The 3rd generation screw retort coal burner combines the features of a traditional retort burner and a rotary burner with a mechanical drive. The advantage of the 3rd generation retort is that its internal shape is shaped like a screw, which is designed to rotate the fuel by pushing it out from the bottom of the burner knee.

Fixed retort feeder for burning solid fuel such as eco-pea coal. It consists of a feeding screw mechanism, which transports fuel from the tank to the retort burner, where the combustion process takes place. The simple design of the feeder makes it reliable and easy to operate and maintain. The standard feeder burns eco-pea coal with a granulation of 5-25 mm and coal with low or medium coking capacity – calorific value 17-27MJ / kg. The standard feeder is driven by a NORD gear motor that guarantees high durability and quiet and failure-free operation for many years.

The TRIO feeder is used to burn eco peas and agro pellets. This type of feeder uses a rotary retort, which breaks up the slag formed on the combustion chamber during combustion, and air blowers to burn the pellets as efficiently as possible. The TRIO feeder, just like the standard one, is driven by a NORD gear motor that guarantees high durability and quiet, failure-free operation for many years. TRIO feeders with a rotary retort and air blowers are mounted in boilers up to 300 kW. All trio feeders are equipped with a fire extinguishing system.

The EKO ENERGIA cast iron burner for solid fuel with a new generation screw feeder is a solution that allows the use of a wide range of fuels in bulk and granulate form from 1-32 mm. The basic fuel is eco-pea coal. The design of the new burner nozzle and the use of a new method of fuel feeding allow the use of so-called difficult fuels, e.g. coals with a high number of horns (caking ability), which tend to create caking in the furnace. In combination with the extinguishing system – fireman, the cast iron burner is suitable for burning pellets and agro pellets.

The UNI MAX series eco burner is installed in pellet-burning boilers. These burners are equipped with a segmented movable grate assembly in the form of a drawer that slides out for cleaning. They also have a ceramic lining that stabilizes combustion conditions. The UNI-MAX series burners are able to burn almost any type of pellet available on the market, both good quality pellets and industrial quality pellets.
