EcoMatix is a multi-day boiler with a built-in tank and automatic fuel feeder. It is designed to burn coal in the form of peas with a granulation of 5-25 mm. The fuel is burned in a retort burner with the participation of a blower fan.
The feeder in EcoMatix boilers allows for smokeless combustion, low exhaust emissions and very high efficiency of the device reaching in the range of 91.4 – 94.7%.
The multifunctional controller controls the water temperature in the heating boiler and directs the operation of the feeder and blower. It also controls the operation of the mixing valve actuator and additional pumps and can optionally cooperate with various types of room thermostats, Internet and GSM communication modules.
Easy to clean, comfortable and low emission
An important advantage of the boiler, highly valued by users, is the plate construction of the exchanger, which has a special cleaning mechanism in the rear part. It fulfills two basic functions: it keeps the exchanger properly clean and acts as a flue gas turbulator. Thanks to this, the boiler achieves constant, high efficiency. Optionally, the cleaning mechanism can be automatic, controlled or started automatically by the boiler controller.
One of the most innovative solutions in Eco Matix class 5 eco-pea coal furnaces is the special RETOSCROLL retort, which reduces exhaust emissions, in the shape of a cone with aeration holes and projections creating a helical line. In the combustion chamber of the boiler, on the other hand, there are ceramic plates that optimize the combustion process. These boiler models are also very energy efficient due to the use of eco-pea coal as a fuel material, which is characterized by high calorific value and thus translates into significantly lower heating costs.
EcoMatix can operate in continuous mode, without shutting down during the heating season. The automation allows for the preparation of domestic hot water also in the summer. The boiler has obtained an IChPW ecological certificate confirmed by tests. A single filling of the tank with fuel allows for several days of maintenance-free operation of the central heating boiler.
In addition, the EcoMatix boiler, similarly to the Duox class 5 eco-pea coal boiler in our offer, can operate in continuous mode, without the need for shutting down during the heating season. Modern automation allows for the preparation of domestic hot water also in the summer.
